We're seeking individuals to join our marketing efforts, contributing broadly to the promotion of VoicePing. Our Service: VoicePing is a productivity-focused virtual office service, ideal for remote and hybrid work setups. Traditional web conferencing tools are convenient for scheduled meetings but fall short for spontaneous conversations that traditional office settings facilitated. VoicePing aims to promote casual interactions through audio-visual tools, recording meetings, and using AI for transcription and summarization to efficiently share knowledge. As a product in its launch phase, this role offers a unique opportunity for those looking to start or manage a service. VoicePing is not only targeted at Japanese users but also aimed at a global audience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Content marketing
- Creation of creative images and videos
- Product explanation and proposals to customers
- Customer support
- Operation of SNS and listing advertisements
- Planning and executing campaigns
- Organizing and managing webinars
- Product planning
- Participation in domestic and international exhibitions and promotional activities
A certain level of English proficiency is required to drive global marketing efforts, though we welcome those willing to improve their skills.
Work is primarily remote, with weekly meetings.
