About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and growth-oriented AI/Web Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI and web technologies, focusing on solving real customer problems and driving our platform's evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer problems, developing features as targeted solutions
- Develop and enhance AI models for voice recognition, translation, and NLP, always with the end-user's needs in mind
- Design and implement efficient APIs and backend solutions that address specific customer pain points
- Contribute to UX/UI improvements for our web and mobile applications, ensuring they solve real-world user challenges
- Actively research and implement emerging AI technologies to better serve our customers' evolving needs
- Collaborate on strategic planning and new feature development, always tying back to customer problem-solving
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing features based on customer feedback and usage data

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Rust, and Python
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Interest in Golang or Rust for backend development
